As union leadership are trying to stop unilateral changes being imposed on us the company and affect us in our income, but we encountered some obstacles because we need evidence attesting to these unilateral changes.
We lack information and evidence that the company has been careful not to publish, and only an oral report, therefore, we are asking our members to send us any information at their disposal, such as cell phones take pictures where send them direct orders or mocking of their supervisors, with citation to work on Saturdays or other situations of impairment in these photos must be the message, date, and sender.
